Our aim is to try to provide cost-effective services that help people.

The costs below are there to guide you. We do our best to offer a competitive and reasonable pricing structure.

Individual Therapy

For individual therapy whether that be Face to Face, via Skype, or the telephone, our costs are based on an hourly rate. Please note that the hourly rate is a flat rate it is not variable (the hourly cost is there whether you have 1 hr or not).
