We are very aware that most of the time when we suggest ‘groups’ or group therapy, it makes people feel uneasy, and sometimes completely put off by the idea.

Our groups are run more like courses. It is people coming together who share similar experiences who benefit from learn together, as well as from each other. They are relaxed and dare we say ‘fun’.
